With the exception of two public auctions per year Omnistar is a Members only Financial Opportunity that has been created to both make extreme profits and help drastically reduce living cost.
The auctions we hold are Real Penny Auctions with No Reserves or buying expensive Bid Allotments. We even make extremely low payment plans available for the winning bid on New Houses, Flip Houses and Fixer Uppers usually equal to 3% to 7% of the winning bid with 0% interest, No Down Payment or Closing Cost.
We also provide Real Penny Auctions for houses that we rent, lease or hold a very special Quarterly Rent Program on. These auctions are very basic and Members are bidding, one penny at a time, what they will pay in rent cost on a monthly, yearly or quarterly basis. Omnistar charges No Deposits and No First or Last Month Cost. Simply pay the winning bid and move in.
Most Omnistar auctions have a limited access ticket protocol and a price cap policy that is always upheld. As a quick example, an auction access ticket for a Fixer Upper has a maximum price cap of $8 and a minimum of $3 with a maximum number of available tickets set at thirty thousand.

Reverse Auctions
What They Are & How They Work

Reverse Auctions are used as the Bidding Process for Projects located on Omnistar Properties. Projects are placed in the Reverse Auction for Members Only. A starting price at 30%-40% above cost is set. Members engaged in the Reverse Auction are Bidding the starting price down one penny at a time. Basically, Members are Bidding what they are willing to do the Project for. The Reverse Penny Auction gives Members the ability to have the Winning Low Bid by a penny, instead of hundreds of dollars or more.
Projects are arranged so that they can be completed in 2-4 days by 1-3 people. This increases the Profit Margin for the Members while reducing time, cost and risk. It also alleivates the need for large work crews, heavy equipment or long periods away from home.
Jobs Board
Quick Task With High Earning

The Omnistar Jobs Board is used to post jobs and quick tasks that will normally take 8 hours or less and pays a set amount ranging from $250 to $1000. Members can also receive up to $250 expense reimbursement. The Jobs Board operates on a first to sign up basis so no bidding is required at all.
Since Members are allowed to be signed up for 3 jobs or task at a time, a lot of Members use the Jobs Board as a type of working vacation, a way to travel while at the same time building their bank accounts.
Examples of jobs and tasks Members might find on the Jobs Board are boarding up a broken window, removing a few dead plants from landscape beds, removing a couple of fallen limbs, tarp as section of roof or a final cleaning before auction.
Project Profits
Making It Worth The Effort

Project Profits for the Membership is very broad ranging from $2500 to $5000 and beyond. The average Project can normally be completed within 2 to 4 days making it worth any travel and motel stays. Members can be reimbursed up to $750 in expenses.
Getting Paid

Currently Members can choose to be paid with Pay Pal, Google Pay, Zelle, Money Gram and Net Spend. Paper checks are also available and sent via regular mail. Bitcoin, Lite Coin, and other cryptocurrencies can also be requested. (Paper checks or Pay Pal are preferred).
Project Know-How
No Experience Is Necessary

Most Member already have some experience for the Projects they are Bidding on but no experience is actually required. Every Property has an Omnistar Projects Manager assigned (OPM's). Members engaged in Projects can consult with their OPM any time.
